Even in the shadowy realms of horror and costume decor, we understand that sometimes a purchase might not be the perfect fit for your haunted abode. At Costume Decor Hub, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our terrifying treasures. If your recently acquired item doesn’t meet your expectations, our Returns & Exchanges policy is here to guide you through the process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the package. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition, unworn and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items from our macabre collection cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Fangs & Teeth (for obvious hygienic concerns)
- Costume Accessories that have been opened or used
- Drinkware that has been used
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of wear
THE RETURN PROCESS
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Our Support Wraiths: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Await Instructions: Our support team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our lair at:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. - Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return, we will initiate your refund. The refund will be applied to your original payment method:
- Credit Card Refunds (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to process
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly state in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the desired replacement item
- If the replacement item costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference
- If the replacement item costs less, we will refund the difference
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
