Free Shipping: The Patient Ghoul

  • Cost: FREE for orders over $50

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We spread terror globally from our haunted headquarters in Indianapolis. However, there are a few exceptions for places that might be too terrifying even for us (certain remote locations and parts of Asia). If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, contact our dark messengers.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your package’s journey from the depths of our warehouse to your doorstep. Watch with ghoulish anticipation as your dark creations draw nearer!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If for some unholy reason your purchase doesn’t meet your terrifying expectations, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. Contact our support wraiths at [email protected] to begin the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return doesn’t get lost in the void.
